(鈥満诹铣怨献苷锯�� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�) today announced that the Nova Scotia Supreme Court has issued an order approving 黑料吃瓜总站鈥檚 previously announced potential acquisition of certain businesses and assets of Saltwire Network Inc. and The Halifax Herald Limited (together, 鈥淪altwire鈥�). 黑料吃瓜总站 also confirmed that it had reached an agreement with certain unions representing employees of Saltwire in respect of certain employment-related matters.
